We have access to international network, including high-net worth clients who are considering relocating to Malta via the prestigious Christie’s network. However, we Sell and Let Residential and Commercial properties in Malta and Gozo at every price range.
Christie’s International Real Estate Malta operates from 3 prominent offices at The Hilton Hotel and Edwards, Lowell Concept Store in Portomaso along with our sales office on Tower Road in Sliema, providing a window to a large pedestrian audience and office space to increase our team.

Role:
The Oyster Christie’s International Real Estate Office in Sliema is in search of a highly skilled Head of Sales and Letting to join our team and help continue a tradition of unparalleled client, customer, and employee satisfaction. Based in our Tower Road office, we are looking for a candidate who will manage and support the sales team with operational and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including human resources and sales processes. Ultimately, the Head of Sales and Letting will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency.
- Support sales associates in their day-to-day work and build strategic plans for acquiring new properties and leads.
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks to empower the team to function efficiently.
- Assist with recruitment and human resource matters.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of new joiners and leavers.
- Ensure the team is equipped with necessary resources to conduct their roles.
- Foster a positive team spirit, supporting individual team members and arranging team social events.
- Manage customer journey improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings and ad hoc requirements.
- Conduct monthly reporting to assist with performance monitoring.
Key Experience Required:
- Experience in property sales/management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high level of emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- High standard of education and fluency in both Maltese and English.
- Positive approach, high level of autonomy, and team-oriented mentality.

Real Estate Associate

As our agency continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Agents. - Create a supportive environment to help each agent flourish in their career.
- Conduct property visits and client meetings, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Promote and market properties effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
Key Experience Required:
- Previous experience in real estate sales.
