This leads to a formal sitting room, a dining room, and a separate living room. The stunning dining room, adorned with Carrara marble flooring, opens onto a terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen extends to two landscaped verandahs, ultimately leading to the expansive pool and mature citrus gardens.  A grand staircase ascends to the first floor, where you will find four large bedrooms, three generous terraces, a study, and two newly refurbished bathrooms. The pool area boasts its own summerhouse, complete with a kitchenette and bathroom. Below the villa lies a separate flatlet with five sizable rooms, ideal for use as an office, games room, or additional accommodation. The property is fully equipped and air-conditioned, featuring a three-car garage with a driveway. The Three Villages

Attard, Balzan and Lija are popularly known as The Three Villages because of the many characteristic features they have in common.

Balzan, though relatively a small village, has an interesting history going back to the 14th Century. In the 16th century most of the dwelling houses were farmhouses. In 1655 Balzan was erected a separate parish from the larger parish Birkirkara of which it previously formed part. During the 17th and 18th centuries wealthy noble families started to settle in Balzan, building large houses in the older part of the village. Today, Balzan still retains the characteristics of a typical Maltese village with narrow winding streets and blind alleys that can still be seen in the older part and where one can admire the vernacular architecture.
