Iklin, Furnished Villa
BOOK A VIEWING
IKLIN – An affluent residential area, is characterised by scattered villas within its quaint confines, established during the mid-20th century. Despite its relatively recent inception, Iklin bears testament to earlier settlements through various archaeological sites and the presence of the medieval St. Michael Chapel. Previously considered part of the Three Villages of Malta, alongside Lija, Iklin began its residential development with the construction of its first residence in 1954. Over the subsequent fifteen years, a proliferation of villas emerged, gradually populating the area. Although Iklin may be youthful compared to many other residential areas on the island, its development has unearthed evidence of past occupation. Archaeological findings, including megaliths and pottery dating back to the Temple Period, have been uncovered during the area’s urbanisation.
